About the client:
A company providing software and services for the alternative banking and financial services industry required upgrades to its web and mobile applications to improve performance and comply with industry standards.
The Challenge:
The client needed to integrate third-party vendors for mandate management services within their Payto platform (based on NPP Australia) while upgrading critical applications to the latest .Net 6 Framework. They also required the development of a feature to facilitate the porting of mandates between financial institutions and the integration of push provisioning for OEM Wallets like Apple Pay.

- Vendor Integrations: Dedicated teams were assigned to each vendor integration (Cuscal, Indue, and ASL), ensuring focused development and seamless integration.
- Application Upgrades: The critical applications were upgraded to the .Net 6 Framework, improving overall system performance and security.
- New Features Implementation: The team developed and delivered the mandate porting feature in compliance with NPPA requirements within 30 days.
