Leading aged care provider, with over 100 years of experience. They support over a million people annually across various locations, offering a wide range of services, including aged care. With a national presence and high demand, efficient data management is critical to their daily operations.
The Challenge:
The organization faced significant operational inefficiencies due to outdated data integration systems. Their legacy Microsoft BizTalk platform could not keep up with modern requirements, causing delays and bottlenecks in data transfer. This was particularly challenging during the integration of third-party systems for new Business Intelligence (BI) reporting, where batch data updates were slow, and manual interventions increased the risk of errors.
