About the client:

Leading aged care provider, with over 100 years of experience. They support over a million people annually across various locations, offering a wide range of services, including aged care. With a national presence and high demand, efficient data management is critical to their daily operations.

The Challenge:

The organization faced significant operational inefficiencies due to outdated data integration systems. Their legacy Microsoft BizTalk platform could not keep up with modern requirements, causing delays and bottlenecks in data transfer. This was particularly challenging during the integration of third-party systems for new Business Intelligence (BI) reporting, where batch data updates were slow, and manual interventions increased the risk of errors. These inefficiencies impacted decision-making and overall service delivery.

The application upgrades streamlined operations and compliance with industry standards. Phase one of the vendor integrations was completed, with user acceptance testing (UAT) underway. The introduction of Apple Pay and mandate porting features provided customers with improved functionality, enhancing both security and convenience.
